Skoda EV Range Calculator
Explore how much of a published Škoda WLTP range falls inside your chosen departure and arrival charge levels. Epiq, Elroq and Enyaq references stay tied to their UK specification, with an owner baseline available for older cars or other markets.
Sources checked: . Published figures are comparison references; the adjusted result is your planning scenario.
Plan a charge window
Select your measured range to enter a vehicle-specific baseline. Published presets are locked to their cited values.
100% makes no adjustment. Enter a factor supported by your experience for weather, speed, load and route combined. This is your assumption; the tool does not predict those effects.
Estimated distance within your charge window
437.7 km · no adjustment applied
Published baseline × your assumptions. This result is a planning scenario, not a new official range rating.
For the 272-mile first preset, leaving at 80% and reserving 10% makes 70% of the charge available: 190.4 miles before your conditions adjustment.
A 0% reserve is the mathematical full-range default. Set a practical arrival reserve before planning a trip, and follow the vehicle’s route and charging guidance.

All values are UK manufacturer-published up-to WLTP combined figures. Elroq and Enyaq sources state specifications correct at 4 September 2026; exact wheels and options can reduce range. Epiq 40 remains excluded because its earlier range was an expectation. The selector does not assign an unsupported model year to the UK specification.
Three model names, different range references
The official Epiq specification announcement identifies the 55 as front-wheel drive, with 52 kWh usable capacity and up to 272 miles WLTP. Its smaller 40 battery was described with expected range, so that estimate is excluded. The current Epiq page gives the 55’s published maximum; confirm ordering and delivery details with a retailer.
The September UK specifications change the reference numbers for Elroq and Enyaq. This table follows their current battery-specific rows rather than reusing the original launch range. A used vehicle may have the earlier battery and specification even when its badge looks the same.
Check a used Enyaq before applying a new-car figure
Ask for the original drivetrain, battery version and wheel specification. Use the vehicle’s own documentation for its official range. Better still, collect recent distance and charge-use readings over the routes you intend to drive. A current Enyaq 85 maximum is not a diagnostic measurement for an older Enyaq 80.
Why the UK presets stay in WLTP
A miles-to-kilometres conversion changes the unit, not the test procedure. The result remains a scenario derived from WLTP, even when shown in kilometres. It should not be called EPA range or promised motorway distance. Avoid comparing the output directly with another car’s EPA-based result.
Planning a family motorway stop
Set a reserve that leaves room to reach a usable charger, then test a conditions factor supported by a similar journey. A roof box, a full cabin and a headwind can change the observed full-charge equivalent. Record them when calibrating your owner baseline so you know what your measurement represents.
Charging from 10% to 80% is a charging-time window; leaving at 80% and arriving at 10% is a distance window. Both span 70 percentage points, but they answer different questions. This page handles the distance calculation.
Calculation method and owner calibration
Distance = full-charge range × conditions factor ÷ 100 × (starting charge − arrival reserve) ÷ 100
The formula assumes distance scales approximately with usable state of charge. It models neither a charging curve nor changing wind, elevation, cabin energy or road conditions. The conditions factor is an explicit user assumption; it is not a validated model-specific weather forecast.
To create an owner baseline, divide a representative trip’s distance by the fraction of charge used. For example, 90 miles using 40 percentage points gives an approximate 225-mile full-charge equivalent. Repeat on comparable journeys. Small charge changes and rounded dashboard readings can make a single short trip misleading.
A 225-mile owner baseline, 80% conditions factor and 80% to 10% charge window gives 126.0 miles: 225 × 0.80 × 0.70. Keep the factor at 100% if the baseline already represents the journey, battery condition and load. This page applies no automatic battery-age penalty, heat-pump bonus or universal temperature multiplier.
Published presets are locked to their source values. Choose the owner option to enter your own full-charge range. The 0% reserve default only shows the complete mathematical baseline; set a practical reserve before planning a trip.
Questions Škoda owners ask
Is the Epiq 55 rear-wheel drive?
No. Škoda identifies the Epiq as its first electric model with front-wheel drive. The 55 UK reference is up to 272 miles WLTP with 52 kWh usable battery capacity.
Are the Škoda presets EPA ratings?
No. These are manufacturer-published UK WLTP combined figures. The kilometre output only converts units; it does not convert the test cycle.
Can I use the current Enyaq 85 rating for an older Enyaq 80?
Use the original rating for your exact vehicle or enter a measured owner baseline. The current 85 specification is not automatically the same as an older 80.
